Emirates SkyCargo has officially put into operation the world's first commercial B777-300ERSF passenger to cargo aircraft, becoming the air cargo operator operating this model. This modified cargo aircraft can carry up to 100 tons of cargo, with a cargo hold capacity of 811 cubic meters. Compared to the original B777F full cargo cabin capacity, it has increased by 25% and can accommodate 47 container pallets, with an additional 10 pallet positions. Its space advantage is outstanding, and it is highly suitable for the transportation of volume sensitive goods such as light foam goods, cross-border e-commerce large packages, household items, clothing, etc. Relying on the advantage of Dubai hub, the new aircraft focuses on strengthening the transportation capacity of Asia's round-trip routes to Europe, the United States, and the Middle East, effectively undertaking the continuous growth of cross-border large-scale e-commerce sources.

The current global freight market is entering a period of capacity expansion, with multiple overseas airlines accelerating the pace of wide body passenger to cargo aircraft models and introducing new all cargo aircraft. The recovery of passenger routes continues to release belly cargo resources, and the overall capacity of global belly cargo combined with all cargo aircraft is steadily increasing. Industry analysis indicates that continuous deployment of transportation capacity will continue to suppress the overall average air freight price in the medium to long term; At the same time, market differentiation characteristics are prominent, and conventional general cargo prices are under pressure. However, high-quality supply routes such as high-value precision industrial products, temperature controlled fresh produce, and limited time urgent goods still maintain strong resilience. Foreign trade enterprises can flexibly plan shipment plans based on cargo types and delivery times.
